Scope overview
Die beiden Rahmenvereinbarungen sollen a) die Ausstattung der TH Köln mit audiovisueller Kommunikationstechnik sowie b) alle entsprechenden Serviceleistungen an allen Standorten der TH Köln sicherstellen. Die Leistungen bezieht sich auf die Sanierung, Revitalisierung bzw. Erneuerung der Bestandsausstattung der audiovisuellen Kommunikationstechnik bzw.
den Service für die Bestandsausstattung an allen Standorten der TH Köln (Köln, Gummersbach, Leverkusen, Kürten). Pro Jahr sind hierfür ca. 350.000 EUR eingeplant, die als aufsummierter Mindestabnahmerahmen beider Rahmenvereinbarungen zu verstehen sind.
Bei geplanter stetiger Investition in die Medienausstattung der TH Köln ergibt sich ein geschätzter Gesamtbedarf für Integration und Service in Höhe von 5 Mio EUR netto in vier Jahren. Für den festgestellten Gesamtbedarf an zeitgemäßen Modernisierungs-maßnahmen der Medienausstattung an der TH Köln sowie den notwendigen Serviceleistungen für die Bestandstechnik ergibt sich ein geschätztes max.
Investitionsvolumen in Höhe von 8 Mio EUR netto in vier Jahren. Alle Maßnahmen werden durch Abrufe aus den Rahmenvereinbarungen realisiert. Der über den Mindestabnahmerahmen hinausgehende Umfang der Abrufe ist abhängig von der Bereitstellung entsprechender externer Fördermittel. Eine Abnahmeverpflichtung seitens der TH Köln besteht nicht.
