National Park Service Seeks Refuse Collection Services for Mammoth Cave National Park

Amendment 1 issued to post Q&A, Pictures, revised price schedule, and extend due date to January 23, 2026, at 5pm EST. The National Park Service (NPS), Mammoth Cave National Park, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for a vendor to provide all the necessary personnel, material, and equipment for parkwide refuse services for an annual base year + 3 option years.

Period of Performance: Base October 1, 2026, thru September 30, 2027, 12 Months Option Year 1, October 1, 2027, thru September 30, 2028, 12 Months Option Year 2, October 1, 2028, thru September 30, 2029, 12 Months Option Year 3, October 1, 2029, thru September 30, 2030, 12 Months SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
