Scope overview
Für die Objekte, DB Tunnel Nord- und Südkopf, den Interimszustand Bahnhofshalle und die Zugangsebne E-2 und das Technikgebäude und angrenzend das Anbinde- und Zwischenbauwerk sind die Objekt- und Ausführungsplanung sowie Tragwerksplanung (nach Erfordernis) nach den Anforderungen der DB und den Prüfprozessen der DB zu erstellen.
Dies umfasst die Planung von Ergänzungen und Anpassungen im Rohbau, die Planung des Ausbaus einschließlich der Ausstattungselemente anhand von Richtfabrikaten unter Abstimmung, Berücksichtigung und Darstellung der Planung Dritter. Ebenso sind baustellenbedingte Anpassungen und die folgende Bestandsplanung zu erstellen sowie die Rückmeldungen in den Prüfprozessen der DB einzuarbeiten.
