Scope overview

The project team is finalising its RIS2 commitments and is progressing schemes under RIS3 and early parts of RIS4. To support these efforts, this work order requires the services of qualified and experienced consultants to provide specialist expertise, supporting complex technical, financial and commercial tasks and optioneering schemes related to RIS2 through to early parts of RIS4.

The Consultant Provides the Service to ensure successful delivery of the NCRP.

Current professional disciplines required comprise of: - finance expert, - framework mobilisation and management expert and - pavement engineer with project management expertise in reconstruction schemes This long-term programme is critical to the Client's ability to meet its key performance indicators, as deteriorating concrete sections create operational challenges and safety risks.
