القيام بخدمات تشغيل وصيانة ونظافة وتقديم خدمات بيئية للمتنزهات الوطنية بمنطقة الباحة بما يضمن جاهزيتها واستدامتها وكفاءتها التشغيلية وسلامة زوارها، وفق الأنظمة والمعايير الفنية والبيئية المعتمدة في المملكة إضافة إلى القيام بكافة الخدمات الأخرى المشمولة بالمشـروع بهدف توفير كل ما يلزم بأعلى مستوى للإصلاح البيئي المتكامل بمنطقة العقد، عن طريق تقييد المقاول (في سياق تنفيذه للعقد) بكافة الوسائل والاحكام والشـروط سواء تلك المتعلقة باستيفاء جميع المتطلبات الاخرى من مرافق وخلافه ملتزما بالوفاء بذلك باستخدام الوسائل المناسبة التي تضمن اداء تلك الخدمات بمستوى فني عالي من خلال توفيره لكافة الكوادر البشرية والمعدات والأدوات والأجهزة المتطورة والمواد المستهلكة واستخدامه للأجهزة الفنية والإدارية ذات الكفاءات العالية والعمالة المهرة ليتسنى له القيام بتنفيذ وإنجاز المشروع ضمن معدلات الأداء والانجاز المطلوب وفقا لأحكام الشروط والمواصفات الفنية.
