Hankinta koskee Raaseporin kaupungin hallinnassa ja hoidossa olevien kiinteistöjen korjaus- ja muutostöiden sekä investointien sähkösuunnittelua sisältäen suunnittelukohteeseen tarvittavat muut asiapaperit kuten rakennustapaselostuksen, työkohteen korjauskustannusarvioita ym. Työtehtävä käsittää myös työmaalla käyntiä sekä suunnittelukokouksiin osallistumista.
Hankinnan kohteena on tuntiveloitusperusteiset sähkösuunnittelijan tehtävät, joita ei erikseen kilpailuteta. Töiden sisältö ja laajuus määräytyvät tapauskohtaisesti ja ne sovitaan jokaiselle hankkeelle erikseen. Samoin tehtävien aikataulu sovitaan tapauskohtaisesti joka hankkeelle erikseen.,
