Scope overview

In accordance with Section 1-13 of the Concession Rules of the City of New York, the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation ( Parks ) is issuing, as of March 3, 2026, a Request for Proposals for the sale of Specialty Items from Mobile Units at Various Locations Citywide. There will be a recommended remote proposer meeting on Wednesday, March 11, at 12:30 p.m.
