Deadline for Questions March 11, 2026 2:00 PM CT Response to Questions March 13, 2026 Deadline for Submittal of Proposal March 30, 2026 2:00 CT Contract/Service Start Date July 1, 2026 All questions received and the corresponding answers will be available to all bidders. No verbal responses will be provided. The deadline for questions about this proposal is noted in the Timetable.
The District will not respond to questions after this time and date. Although every effort has been made to provide accurate and up-to-date information, any questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing only, via e-mail to Tracy Neal at tracyneal@vstservices.com. Responses to questions will be posted in the form of an addendum to this RFP on the USAC website.
Vendors are responsible for checking the USAC website for any posted addenda. Proposals must be submitted on the forms provided. Generic proposals will not be accepted. Proposals must be emailed to tracyneal@vstservices.com. One (1) electronic copy in a .docx or .pdf format attached to the response email is required.
