Planungsleistungen Leistungsbild Freianlagenplanung; Sanierung des Altbaus - Nordflügel (ca. 2.500 m²) zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Nutzflächen am Standort der Sekundarschule. Die gesamte Außenbeleuchtungsanlage ist zu erneuern. Hierbei ist die Freianlagenplanung und Ausführung mit der Elektroplanung zu koordinieren.
Der Altbau verfügt noch über interessante Details, die einen würdigen Umgang mit dem Baudenkmal erfordern. Folgende Maßnahmen sind im Wesentlichen im Rahmen der Sanierung umzusetzen: - Schaffung von Rettungswegen zur Umsetzung des Brandschutzkonzepts, insb.
