Scope overview
Gegenstand diese Vergabeverfahrens sind die für die Sanierung erforderlichen Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 14 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1-6. Eine stufenweise Beauftragung ist vorgesehen. Es sollen zunächst die Leistungsphasen 1-4 (Leistungsstufe 1), also bis zur Genehmigungsplanung beauftragt werden und anschließend die Leistungsphasen 5-6 (Leistungsstufe 2).
Auf eine über die Leistungsstufe 1 hinausgehende Beauftragung besteht kein Rechtsanspruch. Die Leistungen werden losweise ausgeschrieben wie folgt: Los 1 - Objektplanungsleistungen Gebäude nach § 34 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 einschließlich der dazugehörigen Freianlagen, jeweils in den Leistungsphasen 1-9. Los 2 - Planungsleistungen der Tragwerksplanung nach § 51 HOA i.V.m.
Anlage 14, Leistungsphasen 1-6 Leistungszeit: Fertigstellung der Genehmigungsplanung bis spätestens Ende August 2026 Baubeginn bis spätestens März 2027 Fertigstellung der Gesamtmaßnahme (inkl. Schlussrechnung) bis spätestens Ende Mai 2028 Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Die Einhaltung der Fördervoraussetzungen ist zu jeder Zeit zu gewährleisten.
Der Förderbescheid ist Bestandteil der Vergabeunterlagen. Bezüglich der Beschreibung der Leistung orientiert sich die Auftraggeberin an den Leistungsbildern der HOAI 2021. Näheres regelt der Vertrag.
