Scope overview
Das Wohn- und Geschäftshaus „Zingghaus“ soll umfassend saniert und umgebaut werden. Das bestehende Gebäude steht unter Ortsbildschutz, ist derzeit nicht bewohnbar und weist einen erheblichen baulichen sowie technischen Erneuerungsbedarf auf. Geplant sind der Rückbau der bestehenden Werkstatt sowie die Erstellung eines Anbaus mit Treppenhaus und Lift zur Erschliessung der Obergeschosse.
Das Erdgeschoss wird künftig als Gewerbefläche (Büro) genutzt. In den Obergeschossen (1. OG / 2. OG / DG) entstehen 3.5-Zimmer-Wohnungen mit Balkonen im Neubaustandard. Die bestehende Fassade strassenseitig ist in ihrer jetzigen Form und Erscheinung zu erhalten.
