High-Speed Internet Services Solicitation for Santa Maria School Annexes

Applicant is seeking estimated internet connection at minimum 150 Mbps to 625 SOUTH MCCLELLAND, SANTA MARIA, CA 93454 (McClelland Special Education Annex). Please provide pricing for at minimum 150 Mbps, 300 Mbps, 500 Mbps, 800 Mbps and 1 Gbps. Please also provide pricing options for MTM or 1 year agreement with optional extensions, 2 year with optional extensions and a 3 year agreement with optional extensions.

Please note, due to the limitations of the bandwidth capacity options available within the Form 470, the applicant was unable to indicate 150 Mbps in the Minimum Capacity field in the table above. However, please provide pricing for minimum 150 Mbps. Winning bidder must include option to increase bandwidth in the contract.

Please provide pricing for at minimum 100 Mbps, 200 Mbps, 300 Mbps, 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps. Please also provide pricing options for MTM or 1 year agreement with optional extensions, 2 year with optional extensions and a 3 year agreement with optional extensions.

Winning bidder must include option to increase bandwidth in the contract. Customer Requirements: Option for growth including, but not limited to, increases in bandwidth and/or additions of locations, or the move of locations as determined necessary by applicant. Options for removal of sites or lines due to closures or re-organization requirements as deemed necessary by applicant.

Applicant will require that there be no early termination charges or other penalties assessed in such situations that is determined to be outside the control of the applicant. Bandwidths are estimates and may increase or decrease over the term of the awarded contract as applicable. SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
