Surrey County Council seeks a provider to standardise and maintain CAD drawings for its varied property portfolio. The work includes creating and updating site and floor plans, ensuring consistency with the Council's specifications, and linking CAD drawings to the PLANON database. The provider must be prepared for variable workloads and have advanced DBS/CRB checks for certain sites. Drawings must be produced using AutoCAD 2019, adhere to RICS standards, and be checked by a qualified professional.
