Das vorliegende Leistungsverzeichnis umfasst Leistungen der Gerüstbauarbeiten für die Baumaßnahmen zum Umbau und Sanierung des Schlossanbaus. Wegen des schlechten Zustands der Holzfachwerkfassaden sind Verankerungen am Bauwerk nicht möglich, das Gerüst ist daher freistehend auszubilden.
Nach der Gründungserneuerung wird das Gebäude für die dann folgenden Sanierungsarbeiten am Dach und an den Fachwerk-Außenwänden eingerüstet. An der äußeren Gebäudehülle werden insbesondere Zimmerer-, Maurer-, Dachdecker-, Tischler- und Malerarbeiten durchgeführt.
