Scope overview
Die Samtgemeinde Horneburg schreibt die Verpflegung von Kindern in drei Grundschulen, einer Oberschule und einer Kindertagesstätte als Dienstleistungskonzessionsvertrag öffentlich aus.
Ziel des Vertrags ist die Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen, ausgewogenen und nachhaltigen Verpflegung der Schülerinnen und Schüler gemäß den geltenden rechtlichen Vorgaben und den Standards der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ernährung (DGE).
Die Leistung umfasst die tägliche Versorgung - Zubereitung, - Lieferung, - Ausgabe sowie - Abräumen des Geschirrs, falls dieses nicht von den Essensteilnehmerinnen und Essensteilnehmern erfolgt ist von durchschnittlich rund 500 Schülerinnen und Schülern und ggf. Lehr- und pädagogisches Personal mit einem vollwertigen, warmen Mittagessen an allen Unterrichtstagen der Schulwoche.
Dabei ist von 39 Schulwochen im Jahr auszugehen. Es handelt sich dabei jedoch um keine garantierte Mindestabnahmemenge.
