Scope overview
Die Stadt Chemnitz plant die Sanierung der Schwimmhalle am Südring, Max-Schäller-Str. 5 in 09122 Chemnitz. Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungsphasen 2, 3 und 5 - 9 der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Elektrotechnik (Anlagengruppen 4 und 5) nach § 55 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 Nr. 15.1.
Die Beauftragung erfolgt entsprechend dem beigefügten Ingenieurvertrag stufenweise, unterteilt nach einzelnen Leistungsphasen. Mit Zuschlag werden die Leistungsphasen 2 und 3 der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung Elektrotechnik einschließlich zugehöriger Besonderer Leistungen beauftragt. Optionen: Die weiteren Leistungsphasen sowie dazu gehörenden Besonderen Leistungen werden stufenweise vergeben.
Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungsphasen, auch nach Erbringung der ersten Leistungsphasen, besteht nicht. anrechenbare Kosten gemäß Kostenrahmen: Anlagengruppe 4: 641.626,29 EUR netto Anlagengruppe 5: 88.673,18 EUR netto
