Community Wheelchair Service Commissioning for London Boroughs

NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (SEL ICB) intends to commission a Community Wheelchair Service for residents registered with a GP in, or resident within, the London Boroughs of Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich.

The service will provide assessment, prescription, provision, adjustment, maintenance and review of wheelchairs and associated postural seating equipment for children, young people and adults with long-term mobility and postural needs. The service supports individuals whose mobility limitations impact independence, safety, participation in education or employment, and ability to remain living at home.
