Les services requis concernent la fourniture d'un soutien technique pour la gestion de la programmation, conception et de la construction d'un bâtiment spécialement conçu pour la conservation des archives gérées par l’ONUG sur une partie d’une parcelle située dans l’enceinte du complexe du Palais des Nations.
L'objectif final de ce projet est de créer un centre d'archivage spécialement conçu et conforme aux normes ISO pour les archives physiques et électroniques conservées par l'ONU à Genève.
Cette installation doit comprendre au moins 21 kilomètres linéaires d'espace de stockage (4000-6000 m²), 600 m² pour le stockage d'autres types de collections, y compris la collection d’œuvres d’art de l’ONU Genève et 300 m² d'espaces techniques, tels que des zones de numérisation et de conservation, un centre de préservation numérique et un quai de déchargement.
Le bâtiment final doit être robuste et durable, tout au long de son cycle de vie, conforme aux normes (ISO 11799 :2024). Les processus de conception puis de construction de ce bâtiment devront ainsi intégrer les aspects de durabilité, notamment ce qui concerne l'environnement et l'exploitation responsable des ressources.
ENGLISH The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) invites expressions of interest for an upcoming solicitation concerning the provision of Project Management Advisory services (PMA) (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage (AMO)).
The required services include technical support for the management of the programming, design, and construction of a purpose built facility dedicated to the preservation of archives managed by UNOG on part of a plot located within the Palais des Nations site.
The objective of this project is the creation of a purpose-built archives storage facility that meets applicable ISO standards for the storage and preservation of both physical and electronic archives held by UNOG.
The facility is expected to provide a minimum of 21 linear kilometres of storage capacity (4,000–6,000 m²), 600 m² for the accommodation of additional collections—including the UN Geneva art collection—and 300 m² of technical areas such as for digitization and for conservation spaces, a digital preservation centre, and a loading dock.
The building must demonstrate robustness and long term sustainability throughout its life cycle and comply with relevant standards (ISO 11799:2024).

ENGLISH The provider of the Project Management Advisory services (PMA) (Assistance à Maîtrise d’Ouvrage (AMO)) services will deliver technical, administrative, and methodological support.
The scope of services will cover the following phases: Technical studies and programming phase Tender phase for service providers Design development phase Selection of construction company phase Construction phase Handover and commissioning phase Interested firms will be required to demonstrate that they possess an organizational structure and the technical capabilities commensurate with the nature and complexity of the NAB project.
