Now definitized, the subsequent delivery order executes: Fixed Price Incentive, Firm Fixed Price and Cost Plus Fixed Fee Contract Line Item Numbers (CLIN) to fund the effort. Under the current terms of the contract, production run is 12 months.
This action satisfies year 2 of a 5 year anticipated requirement for Project Manager Self-Propelled Howitzer Systems.
This action was not competed, in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition, 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
