Scope overview
ACC is seeking Suppliers and Named Service Providers for the new Sensitive Claims Service commencing 1 December 2024. The current contract, known as the Integrated Services for Sensitive Claims (ISSC), expires on the 30 November 2024.
The Sensitive Claims Service is a support, assessment, and treatment service for kiritaki (clients) who have experienced sexual abuse or assault covered by the Accident Compensation Act 2001 and who have a mental injury caused by that act of sexual abuse or assault. The service puts kiritaki at the centre of their recovery and brings together a range of supports and services to support them with their recovery.
