Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Bereitstellung eines integrierten Sequenziergeräts mit einer Komplettlösung für die Next-Generation-Sequenzierung (NGS), das einen vollständig automatisierten, zielgerichteten NGS-Workflow bietet – beginnend mit quantifizierter Nukleinsäure oder einer vorbereiteten NGS-Bibliothek bis hin zur Analyse und Ergebnisbereitstellung innerhalb eines Arbeitstages.
Die Implementierung einer modernen NGS-basierten Diagnostik ist für die Therapie von Krebspatientinnen und -patienten unabdingbar, da eine Vielzahl von Medikamenten bereits in der Erstlinientherapie gezielt gemäß dem Mutationsstatus eingesetzt werden. Leistungsumfang • Abschluss eines Überlassungsvertrages mit Kaufoption nach Zuschlagserteilung - Dem Mieter wird eine Kaufoption für den Mietgegenstand eingeräumt.
Die Kaufoption kann jederzeit durch den Mieter durch einseitige schriftliche Erklärung gegenüber dem Vermieter ausgeübt werden.
• Miete eines integrierten NGS-Sequenziergeräts inklusive aller notwendigen Komponenten • Mietdauer: 18 Monate • Option zum Kauf des Geräts nach Ablauf der Mietzeit • Bereitstellung der erforderlichen Verbrauchsmaterialien (Reagenzien, Kits, Kartuschen etc.) • Abschluss einer gesonderten Rahmenvereinbarung über die Lieferung der Verbrauchsmaterialien • Laufzeit der Rahmenvereinbarung: 48 Monate • Lieferung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Einweisung des Personals
