Scope overview
Le marché consiste en une prestation de services de traitement des déchets de balayage de voirie des communes affiliées à l’Intercommunale de traitement des déchets de la région liégeoise (ci-après dénommée INTRADEL). Par « traitement », on entend tout procédé de valorisation/élimination des déchets conformément à la législation en vigueur en Région Wallonne.
L’adjudicataire devra être en mesure de démarrer l’exécution de ce marché au 1er avril 2026 pour une durée de 4 ans. La quantité annuelle présumée de déchets à traiter est de 3.500 tonnes. Le marché n’est pas divisé en lot. Il n’y a pas d’option ni de variante. Les variantes libres sont interdites.
Les déchets à traiter sont issus du balayage des voiries réalisé par les services communaux de certaines villes et communes affiliées à INTRADEL.
