NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)This requirement is for: Office of the Information Commissioner of CanadaThe requirement is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract.Description of the Requirement:The Information Commissioner of Canada (the Commissioner) has a requirement for the services of a delegate to investigate complaints made under the Access to Information Act (the Act) against the Office of the Information Commissioner of Canada (the OIC).The Delegate will receive, investigate, determine the outcome and report on complaints made against the OIC under section 30 of the Act, taking all steps necessary to fully investigate the complaint within a reasonable timeframe.
