Ante dicha problemática, y al no disponer la Administración de recursos personales ni materiales para acometerla, ycon el fin de optimizar la inversión realizada en este equipamiento, se realiza dicho servicio para el mantenimiento de esteequipamiento y para la asistencia técnica de los centros educativos, constituyendo lo que se ha denominado el Centro de Atención yAsistencia Técnica (CAAT).
