INVITACIÓN A PRESENTAR LAS EXPRESIONES DE INTERÉS DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE ELECTRIFICACIÓN RURAL DEL MINISTERIO DE ENERGÍA Y MINAS (DGER/MINEM) “Programa Plan de Inversiones de Transmisión (PIT) - Recuperación Económica Post COVID-19 en el Perú” (Programa PIT) Decreto de Urgencia N° 048-2021 Mediante Decreto de Urgencia N° 048-2021, el Gobierno Central autoriza excepcionalmente al MINEM, la formulación, evaluación, ejecución y declaratoria de viabilidad de los Proyectos que forman parte del Programa PIT.
Asimismo, con Decreto Supremo Nº 083-2025-EF se modifica el artículo 3 del Decreto Supremo Nº 377-2021-EF, respecto a la aprobación de operación de endeudamiento externo con el Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento - BIRF prevista en la Ley Nº 31086, Ley de Endeudamiento del Sector Público para el Año Fiscal 2021, estableciendo como Unidad Ejecutora: La Unidad Ejecutora del Programa “Plan de Inversiones de Transmisión (PIT) - Recuperación Económica Post COVID - 19 en Perú” es el Ministerio de Energía y Minas, a través de la Dirección General de Electrificación Rural”.
Motivo por el cual, la DGER propone contratar el siguiente servicio de consultoría individual: MÉTODO DE SELECCIÓN N° DENOMINACIÓN SELECCIÓN DE CONSULTORES INDIVIDUALES N° PE-MINEM/DGER-533031-CS-INDV SERVICIO DE CONSULTORIA INDIVIDUAL PARA LA CONTRATACIÓN DE CUATRO (4) ESPECIALISTAS EN SUBESTACIONES DE POTENCIA DEL COMPONENTE INGENIERIA DE LOS SUBPROYECTOS DEL PIT La DGER invita a los Profesionales que cumplan con el perfil y cuenten con la experiencia requerida para cumplir con los objetivos del Programa PIT, por lo cual se les solicita presentar sus expresiones de interés para el presente servicio de consultoría individual.
Para ello, se adjuntan a la presente los Términos de Referencia, los formatos e información a presentar para el PE-MINEM/DGER-533031-CS-INDV ; los cuales también se encuentran en el sitio web: https://www.gob.pe/institucion/dger/campa%C3%B1as/138655-convocatoria-de-consultoria-especialista-de-subestaciones-de-potencia?token=PqPU5xN5S9qPlKiiV6CPZL9y4Wme9LxNcPCwXWB2h4A El Consultor Individual será seleccionado conforme a los procedimientos indicados en los Instrucciones a los Consultores Individuales (SCI).
Las expresiones de interés con los anexos debidamente llenados, la Hoja de vida o Curriculum Vitae (CV); copia de DNI (ambos lados) así́ como los documentos que sustenten su formación académica y experiencia profesional deberán ser enviados en un único archivo que deberá́ encontrarse foliado (enumerado) en todas sus páginas, vía correo electrónico a: convocatoriaprogramapit@gmail.com hasta el día 24 de febrero de 2026.
