Scope overview
El contrato tiene por objeto la prestación de un servicio de consultoría especializada para la ejecución en tiempo y forma del proyecto de Compra Pública de Innovación SICLE CO2: Soluciones innovadoras para la compensación local de emisiones de CO2 en general y, en particular, de consultoría para aquellas cuestiones específicas derivadas de la cofinanciación del 60% de la actividad mediante fondos FEDER 2021-2027 del Programa Operativo Plurirregional de España, línea FID 4 2024, del Ministerio de Ciencia, Innovación y Universidades (MCIU).
El servicio permitirá contar con una Oficina Técnica de Apoyo (en adelante OTA) que preste una asistencia técnica integral a la Consellería de Medio Ambiente y Cambio Climático, para la Gestión del proyecto SICLE CO2: Soluciones innovadoras para la compensación local de emisiones de CO2. De conformidad con lo expresado en la memoria justificativa del contrato, no procede la división en lotes del objeto del contrato.
El alcance del servicio, con la descripción de las actividades a desarrollar se recoge en el apartado 3 del pliego de prescripciones técnicas (PPT) aprobado para esta contratación.
