Scope overview
El objeto del presente contrato es la gestión integral e inteligente del alumbrado público exterior, renovación y mantenimiento del alumbrado interior e instalaciones eléctricas y térmicas de edificios y dependencias municipales y fuentes ornamentales de la ciudad de Huelva, y servir de herramienta operativa para la persecución de los objetivos de eficiencia energética, mejora operativa, digitalización e innovación marcadas por las estrategias municipales (Agenda urbana, Plan Municipal contra el Cambio Climático y Plan Director de Innovación, a través del objetivo de la neutralidad en carbono).
El fin último del objeto del contrato es vertebrar las acciones para implementar el desarrollo de las estrategias en materia de energía enmarcadas en el Plan Director de Innovación del Ayuntamiento de Huelva 2024-2027.
En base a este plan, el Ayuntamiento de Huelva se compromete con la innovación como factor esencial para acelerar su desarrollo urbano bajo la triple lógica de la sostenibilidad económica, social y medioambiental. Además, pretende adoptar un papel de liderazgo ejemplar en el ámbito de la innovación, buscando una evolución notable en la forma de prestar servicios públicos.
