El Gobierno de la República de El Salvador (en adelante del Prestatario) ha recibido financiamiento para el Proyecto Promoviendo Oportunidades de Empleo y Desarrollo de Habilidades, Préstamo 9612-SV del Banco Mundial y a través del Ministerio de Economía se propone utilizar parte de los fondos de este financiamiento para la Selección de Consultor Individual 4.1.6.1-MINEC-1/2026-CS-INDV Servicios de consultoría individual para Especialista en Gestión Financiera.
La consultoría tiene como objetivo implementar eficientemente la gestión financiera del proyecto proporcionando soporte técnico especializado para asegurar la correcta implementación y ejecución del proyecto, cumpliendo con los requisitos normativos y estándares internacionales, así como lo establecido en la normativa del Banco Mundial y normativa nacional para la adecuada administración de los recursos.
Por lo anterior, el Ministerio de Economía invita a Consultores Individuales elegibles a presentar expresión de interés para la prestación de los servicios solicitados; los consultores interesados, deberán remitir una carta firmada, adjuntando Currículo Vitae actualizado y el formulario de presentación de la propuesta al link: https://tinyurl.com/postulaciones9612 La contratación se desarrollará bajo las condiciones de los Términos de Referencia adjuntos, los cuales establecen el Perfil y Alcances de la Consultoría.
El consultor será seleccionado sobre la base de la comparación de las calificaciones y capacidad general relevante, conforme los procedimientos indicados en las Regulaciones de Adquisiciones para Prestatarios en Proyectos de Inversión del Banco Mundial Quinta Edición de septiembre 2023.
