Scope overview
El objeto del contrato se configura como la prestación de (i) servicios de mantenimiento y reparación de mobiliario, trabajos auxiliares de mudanzas y traslados de enseres, pequeñas reparaciones básicas en los distintos centros e instalaciones y (ii) tareas de logística y apoyos a eventos institucionales de EMASESA.
EMASESA pretende alcanzar, con la licitación de estos servicios una mejora y apoyo eficiente en la operativa y ejecución de los trabajos.
Estas actuaciones se desarrollarán en dos lotes: · Lote 1: Servicio de mudanzas, traslados de enseres, mantenimiento de mobiliario, pequeños trabajos de bricolaje para reparaciones menores de electricidad, carpintería, fontanería, pintura y albañilería, en los distintos centros de trabajo e instalaciones de EMASESA.
· Lote 2: Servicio de Logística, montaje de eventos y exposiciones, y apoyo a actos institucionales de EMASESA.
