- Sedu Törnäväntie, Törnäväntie 24, kiinteistöllä sijaitsevat rakennukset E- sekä F- ja M-rakennusten työsalien pesut 1 krt/viikko.
Lisäksi hankintaan kuului työsuhteessa olevien toimitilahuoltajien sijaisuudet jokaisessa opetuspisteessä. Siivottavat pinta-alat löytyivät tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olleesta materiaalista. Palveluntuottajaksi haettiin yhtä toimijaa, mutta hintatiedot pyydettiin kohteittain. Yhden toimijan mallilla pyritään varmistamaan Seinäjoen opetuspisteiden siivoukset ja vaadittavat sijaisjärjestelyt. Varsinainen sopimuskausi on 1.3.2026 - 28.2.2027. Lisäksi hankintaan sisältyy optiomahdollisuus 1+1 vuotta. Mikäli sopimuksen alkaminen jostain syystä myöhästyy tavoitellusta ajasta, sopimus alkaa sopimusten allekirjoittamisesta ja jatkuu siitä 12 kk.,
