Pursuant to Section 3-13 of the procurement Policy Board Rules, NYC Department of Transportation intends to enter into a contract with the New York State for snow removal, step street cleaning, cleaning of center medians, plazas, pedestrian islands, bus boarding islands and bike islands, painting of steel curbs and bollards, performance of general labor on service roads, shoulders, and grassed areas along arterial highway system.
