The Government of Liberia has received funding from the World Bank, Swedish International Development Association (Sida) and the French Agency for Development (AFD) to implement the Recovery of Economic Activity for Liberian Informal Sector Employment (REALISE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Social Cash Transfers (SCT) Enrolment and Payment Delivery Services.
The Bidding process will be governed by the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations. 2. The Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for implementation of Social Cash Transfers (SCT) Enrolment and Payment Delivery Services. Interested Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the REALISE Project Procurement Office, 1st Floor, Old Maternity Center, Capitol Bye Pass, between 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public Holidays. The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$30.00. The payment, which is to be made in person, to the Finance Officer of the REALISE Project, is applicable to those who will want to receive hard copy of the document. Those requesting and receiving the document through email will not have to pay; the document will be emailed free of charge.
6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before Friday, December 20, 2024, not later than 1:00 p.m. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted, and late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened on Friday, December 20, 2025, at 1:02 p.m. in the Conference room of the REALISE Project Office located on the 1st Floor of the Old Maternity Center Building on Capitol Bye Pass, Monrovia.
The opening event will be done in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend. 7. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration. 8.
