INVESTMENT FOR INDUSTRIAL TRANSFORMATION AND EMPLOYMENT (INVITE) PROJECT Project No.: P171607 SELECTION OF CONTRACT STAFF The Government of the Republic of Uganda has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) (the "Bank") and other development partners under the Multi-Donor Trust Fund (MDTF), including the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, and Sweden, toward the cost of the Investment for Industrial Transformation and Employment (INVITE) Project.

The Project seeks to support private sector investment, employment, and new economic opportunities in the manufacturing and exporting sectors, including refugee and hosting communities. The Project is being implemented by the INVITE Trust and the Private Sector Foundation Uganda (PSFU).

PSFU now invites suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the positions below under the INVITE Trust; # Reference Number Position UG-PSFU-520868-CS-INDV Social Development Specialist The selection is being conducted in accordance with the Individual Consultant’s Selection (ICS) method as set out in the World Bank Procurement Regulations.

Eligible applicants are required to express interest in providing the services by demonstrating that they possess the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

Attention of interested applicants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”, dated November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
