De Universiteit Hasselt, het Jessa Ziekenhuis en het Ziekenhuis Oost-Limburg verrichten academisch klinisch onderzoek binnen het Limburg Clinical Research Center (LCRC, www.lcrc.be). LCRC betreft een partnerschap van de drie partijen.
Binnen dit kader wensen de drie partners samen software voor datamanagement voor prospectieve en retrospectieve studies aan te kopen die door de onderzoekers van het centrum op zelfstandige basis kan worden opgezet en gebruikt op de drie locaties. De aanbesteding gebeurt door UHasselt namens de drie partijen.
Het betreft 1 contract waarbinnen studies moeten kunnen opgezet worden vanuit de 3 partijen (geen 3 contracten).
