Nyt kyse on sopimusmuutoksesta, jolla alkuperäinen hankintasopimus päätetään ennenaikaisesti osapuolten sopimuksella, joka tehdään, mikäli kilpailutuksessa löytyy toimittaja muuttuneiden olosuhteiden aiheuttamien uusien tarpeiden mukaiselle palvelulle. Alkuperäinen sopimus on tehty Suomen ympäristökeskuksen ja VG-Shipping Oy:n (y-tunnus 0894369) välille.
