Somalia Water for Rural Resilience Project Seeks Expressions of Interest

The PC will ensure the Project is implemented in compliance with all fiduciary and safeguards requirements, reviewing and approving all reporting on the project within the Ministry and with the World Bank. The PC shall also ensure active engagement with other ministries and regional and administrative districts in the implementation of the Project in order to ensure its smooth implementation.

The PC will undertake the role and responsibilities as set out above and in this TOR's Duties and Responsibilities section. 3. Duration: This is a full-time position. The contract is expected to run for a period of twelve (12) Calendar Months. Extension of the contract will be subject to the need and satisfactory performance of the contracted applicant. 4.

Selection Criteria : The selection shall be based on qualification, experience and skills of the candidate and followed by an interview. Have a Master’s Degree or higher in public policy planning and Management, agricultural sciences, Science & engineering, environmental studies, or any other related field.

Have 10 years of hands-on experience managing donor-funded, multi-sectoral, and community development rural resilience development projects in Somalia. A minimum of at least 5 years of direct relevant experience in managing World Bank-funded project in the public or private sector; 5.
