Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment by filling out block 8, and signing and dating blocks 15A, 15B, and 15C (on page 1), and submit via email to Hannah Savine at Hannah.r.savine@dla.mil, Kimberly Binns at Kimberly.Binns@dla.mil, and DLA Energy Group Email: DLAEnergyFEPAB@dla.mil. RFP SPE605-25-R-0220 was updated with RFP SPE605-25-R-0220 Amendment 0001 and RFP SPE605-25-R-0220 Amendment 0002.

RFP SPE605-25-R-0220 Amendment 0003 is being issued to correct only the below paragraph in FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021).

In Solicitation SPE60525R0220 under FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021), the below paragraph has changed the Attachment Title and Dates from: "Each line item number for the base contract period (3-year) has a correlating Option line item number.

In accordance with FAR 52.217-7, the ordering period for the Option line items (as identified in “Attachment F - Pricing & Options Submission Spreadsheet”) is: January 1, 2029, through June 30, 2029." In Solicitation SPE60525R0220 under FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS AND COMMERCIAL SERVICES (NOV 2021), only the below paragraph has changed the Attachment Title and Dates to: "Each line item number for the base contract period (3-year) has a correlating Option line item number.

In accordance with FAR 52.217-7, the ordering period for the Option line items (as identified in “Attachment N - Hawaii Options Pricing Submission Spreadsheet") is: 01 July 2029 through 31 December 2029." Except as provided in this Amendment, all other terms and conditions set forth under solicitation SPE605-25-R-0220, SPE605-25-R-0220 Amendment 0001, and SPE605-25-R-0220 Amendment 0002 remain in-force and unchanged.
