Generell findet eine Instandsetzung der Parkgarage statt. Diese beinhaltet neben der Instandsetzung des Tragwerkes auch die architektonische Anpassung der Fluchtwege als auch die Erneuerung der Haustechnik. Dazu werden auf der Südseite auch neue Lüftungsschächte erstellt. Die Tragwerksinstandsetzung beinhaltet folgende Bauteile: - Decken und Böden der Parkgarage inkl.
neue Parkdeckbeläge - Instandsetzung und Abdichtung Wände UG’s - Anpassung der Rampen wegen den Kurvenradien - Fluchttreppenhäuser - Ein- und Ausfahrtsrampen - Ertüchtigung der Auftriebsanker bzw. Ersatz Zur Erstellung der zusätzlichen Auftriebsanker und zur Instandsetzung der Bodenabläufe ist eine Grundwasserabsenkung notwendig. Diese kann vom bestehenden Schacht auf der Südwestseite bewerkstelligt werden.
