Scope overview
Predmet javnega naročila je nadgradnja in vzdrževanje informacijske podpore za zajem podatkov, izračun predpisanih vrednosti ter agregacijo podatkov in pripravo ustrezne oblike datotek za pošiljanje v portal, ki ga je v ta namen pripravila Evropska komisija. Informacijska podpora mora zagotavljati zajem podatkov iz že obstoječih informacijskih sistemov ARSKTRP. Pri tem se zajemajo tako numerični kot grafični podatki.
Izračun zahtevanih vrednoti se izvaja v skladu s Prilogo IV Uredbe (EU) 2022/1475 in smernicami Guidelines for disaggregated data on interventions and beneficiaries ter pravili v Cover note on output and result indicators, ver. 20. Informacijska podpora mora biti skladna s tehničnimi zahtevami državnega računalniškega oblaka (DRO) na katerem bo tudi nameščena.
Informacijska podpora za spremljanje strateškega načrta se mora integracijsko povezovati, za potrebe pridobivanja podatkov, z ostalimi informacijskimi sistemi, ki jih ima agencija nameščene na DRO in ostalimi dostopnimi in zahtevanimi viri. Rok za izgradnjo informacijske podpore je skladen z zahtevami poročanja, ki jih predpisuje Evropska komisija, in je 3. 4. 2026.
