Kokonaisurakkaan lukeutuu: - Tontit 21685/2 ja 21685/3 (yhdistetään mahdollisesti myöhemmin) Heka Hermanninranta Albumikatu 3 Suunnittelu voidaan aloittaa esisopimuksen allekirjoituksen jälkeen. Rakennustyön arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 09-10/2026. Hankintaa ei jaeta osiin, sillä usean toimittajan malli tuottaisi epätarkoituksenmukaisen sopimuskokonaisuuden aikataulunhallinnan sekä töiden yhteensovittamisen kannalta.
