Scope overview
Applicant is seeking bids for bandwidth (leased lit fiber preferred) and Internet access at a minimum of 1Gbps and a maximum of 5Gbps. Previous experience with vendor preferred. The quote and contract should provide pricing for increasing the bandwidth during the term of the agreement. Please provide pricing for 3 and 5-year contracts with 2 voluntary extensions.
Please specify if firewall is a standard component of service. The applicant reserves the right to reject bids received on or after the Allowable Contract Date. The applicant reserves the right to disqualify providers who don't offer discounted invoices. SPAM and/or automated responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration.
