Scope overview
Bauteil - Abbruch und Umbau Das Projekt umfasst die Erneuerung der Trinkwasser-Enthärtungsanlage. Bei der Maßnahme wird keine Änderung der bestehenden Fassade durchgeführt. Im Erd- sowie im Obergeschoss werden diverse Aggregate der Verfahrenstechnik wie Riesler, Filter, Pumpen demontiert und entsorgt. Die Stahlbetonfundament bzw. -aufkantungen werden abgebrochen und partiell neue hergestellt.
Ebenfalls werden Stahlbetonwände, Decken bzw. Unterzüge sowie andere Bauteile abgebrochen. Eine neue Stahlbetondecke wird im Bereich des herzustellenden TWB hergestellt. Nicht mehr benötigte Wand- und Deckendurchführungen werden ausgebaut und neue eingebaut inkl. Drucktüren.
Die Geländer, die nicht mehr benötigt werden, werden demontiert und eine GFG-Gitterrostbühne kommt zur Ausführung als Zwischenebene, höhengleich mit dem Bestandspodest,. Die vorhandenen Boden- und Sockelfliesen einschl. Gitterroste im EG sowie im OG werden durch neue ersetzt.
