Scope overview
Nach der Aufnahme in das Städtebauförderprogramm wurde zunächst ein überörtliches Konzept zu den künftigen Anforderungen an die öffentliche Daseinsvorsorgeinfrastruktur ("Zukunftskonzept Daseinsvorsorge für Wankendorf und Nahbereich") erarbeitet, das die Grundlage für die Entwicklung und Durchführung der städtebaulichen Gesamtmaßnahme darstellt.
Für den Erhalt der Fördermittel wurde zudem das Untersuchungsgebiet festgelegt, die Durchführung der vorbereitenden Untersuchungen sowie die Festlegung des Sanierungsgebietes vorgenommen und ein integriertes Entwicklungskonzept erarbeitet.
Die Konzepte, Bewertungen, Maßnahmen und Ziele können der Endfassung des Berichts "Vorbereitende Untersuchungen (VU) & Integriertes Entwicklungskonzept (IEK) GEMEINDE WANKENDORF" (Anlage 02) entnommen werden. Ziel der städtebauliche Gesamtmaßnahme ist die langfristige Sicherung und Anpassung der städtebaulichen Infrastruktur für die öffentliche Daseinsvorsorge sowie die überörtliche Zusammenarbeit.
