WWE RECEIVES 60% OF ALL FUNDS RAISED, AND SFTS 40%. THE CONTRACT (AND CAMPAIGN) BETWEEN THE TWO RUNS FROM 1/10/22 THROUGH 1/9/25 AND MAY BE EXTENDED. WWE WILL HAVE CUSTODY OF FUNDS UPON RECEIPT, BUT WILL REMIT THESE TO A BANK ACCOUNT UNDER THE SOLE CONTROL OF SFTS WITHIN 48 HOURS.
