FUNDRAISERS. Compensation assumptions: STONY BROOK FOUNDATION SHALL REIMBURSE ION GROWTH PARTNERS LLC DBA ION PHILANTHROPY FOR ALLOWABLE COSTS INCURRED AND OR PAYMENTS EARNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT NOT TO EXCEED $1,200,000. THE FOUNDATION WILL PAY FOR TRAVEL-RELATED MEALS AT THE PER DIEM RATE AS DEFINED BY THE U.S. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION.

THE FOUNDATION WILL REUMBURSE EXPENSES INCURRED FOR TRAVEL EXPENSES TO AND FROM STONY BROOK UNIVERSITY, LODGING EXPENSES AS WORK DEMANDS OVERNIGHT STAY, AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS PROJECT EXPENSES AS MUTUALLY AGREED. THE TERM OF THE AGREEMENT SHALL BE FROM JULY 1, 2025 TO JUNE 30, 2026. AT NO POINT DOES ION GROWTH PARTNERS LLC DBA ION PHILANTHROPY HAVE CUSTODY OR CONTROL OVER CONTRIBUTIONS.

STONY BROOK FOUNDATION RECEIVES 100% OF ALL CONTRIBUTIONS AND GROSS RECEIPTS AND ALL CONTRIBUTIONS GO DIRECTLY TO CURRENT STONY BROOK ACCOUNTS.
