Compensation assumptions: THE PARTIES ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT TO CONDUCT A PROGRAM CONTACTING MEMBERS OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN THE NAME OF STUDENTS FOR LIFE ACTION (SFL ACTION) TO PROVIDE INFORMATION AND MATERIAL IN THE NATURE OF PUBLIC EDUCATION, PROGRAM SERVICE, ADVOCACY, CALLS TO ACTION AS WELL AS ENGAGING IN REQUESTS FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT, ALL TO ADVANCE THE PROGRAM SERVICES OF SFL ACTION.
SFL ACTION WILL BE BILLED AT A RATE OF A)$3.15 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR DONOR RENEWAL SERVICES; B)$3.50 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR SUSTAINER RELATED SERVICES; C)$2.50 PER COMPLETED CALL FOR DONOR ACQUISITION SERVICES; OR D)$43.00 PER LOGGED HOUR FOR OTHER CONTACTS.
SFL ACTION SHALL RECEIVE AS A RESULT OF THIS SOLICITATION CAMPAIGN A GUARANTEED MINIMUM PERCENTAGE OF 0.05% AND MDS SHALL RECEIVE 99.95% OF THE GROSS FUNDS RAISED THROUGH THE SERVICES OF MDS. THE AMOUNT GOING TO MDS IS AN ESTIMATED PERCENTAGE BASED UPON PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF SIMILAR CAMPAIGNS CONDUCTED BY MDS.
