El objeto del contrato es el suministro mediante la adquisición de una máquina volteadora de nueva adquisición, legalizada, con las autorizaciones, documentación y revisiones administrativas correspondientes, pudiendo entrar en servicio de forma inmediata y realizando su labor con todas las medidas de seguridad previstas en la Planta Comarcal de Compostaje de Jorba, así como el traslado de la volteadora actual a la nave Jorba2 dentro de las propias instalaciones de la Planta, según las condiciones técnicas que se recogen en el Pliego de Prescripciones Técnicas a efectos de cláusulas de obligado cumplimiento.
