Scope overview
Mit dieser Ausschreibung wird der Ersatz des heute im Einsatz befindlichen Sprachkommunikationssystems (nachfolgend SKS) für gesamthaft neun Arbeitsplätze in der Einsatzzentrale der Stadtpolizei Winterthur evaluiert. Allfällige kleinere Anpassungen, wie Interfaceanpassungen und Individualisierungen sollen im Rahmen der Realisierung noch möglich sein.
Das ausgeschriebene SKS muss folgende Zwecke erfüllen: Es ermöglicht die Notruftelefonie, die Funkkommunikation via Polycom und die Businesstelefonie für die Mitarbeitenden der Einsatzzentrale. Auch muss es technisch mit dem bestehenden Einsatzleitsystem (nachfolgend ELS) der Firma Hexagon AB «HxGN OnCall Dispatch» zusammenwirken können. Die dafür notwendigen Schnittstellen sind im Angebotspreis einzurechnen.
Des Weiteren muss der hoch verfügbare Betrieb durch Redundanzen des Produkts sichergestellt sein. Eine detaillierte Auflistung der Anforderungen an alle zu beschaffenden Bestandteile des Systems findet sich im beiliegenden Formular «Eignungs_und_Zuschlagskriterien».
