Scope overview
Es geht um die Sicherstellung der Verpflegung für alle Standorte der Schulergänzenden Tagesstrukturen der Primarschule Uster inklusive Angebotsplanung, Produktion, Logistik, Verrechnung und Entsorgung von Behältnissen. Die Stadt Uster bietet seit August 2008 schulergänzende Betreuungsplätze für Kindergarten- und Primarschulkinder an. Verantwortlich für dieses Angebot fällt ist die Primarschulpflege Uster.
In den acht Schuleinheiten der Primarschule Uster bestehen während 37 Betriebswochen pro Schuljahr tägliche Betreuungsangebote mit Mittagsverpflegung. Zusätzlich wird während 9 Ferienwochen sowie an ca. 5 unterrichtsfreien Tagen eine Ganztagesbetreuung (Ferienbetreuung) angeboten. Der Lieferumfang der Mittagsverpflegung variiert je nach Wochentag und Standort.
Aktuell werden an 10 Standorten (8 Schuleinheiten) durchschnittlich 700 bis 900 Mahlzeiten pro Betreuungstag benötigt. Die Nachfrage schwankt dabei über die Wochentage (z.B. mittwochs deutlich weniger). In der Ferienbetreuung liegt die benötigte Mahlzeitenzahl pro Tag wesentlich tiefer; zudem wird dort teilweise mit den Kindern gemeinsam gekocht, so dass nur an einzelnen Tagen externe Mahlzeiten angefordert werden.
Der Vertrag beginnt am 1. August 2026 und wird für die Dauer von 5 Jahren abgeschlossen. Die erste Lieferung erfolgt am 17. August 2026. Weitere ausführliche Angaben der Aufträge ergeben sich aus den Ausschreibungsunterlagen.
