Scope overview
Damit der Betrieb während den Bauarbeiten sicher gestellt ist werden provisorische Gruppenhäuser benötigt. Dazu wird einerseits das bestehende Gebäude Dorfstrasse 2 saniert und zusätzlich auf der gleichen Parzelle ein Provisorium aus Modulbauten erstellt. Das bestehende Gebäude Dorfstrasse 2 soll sanft saniert werden. Zusätzlich wird eine Nasszelle ausgebaut.
Für das Provisorium aus Modulbauten gibt es eine Testplanung mit 18 Moduleinheiten. Für diese Provisorium müssen sowohl die Fundamente, die Erschliessung mit den Werkleitungen sowie die Umgebung erstellt werden.
